The Conference is planned to be a forum of ideas exchange and results discussion in the field of methods, algorithms and means of navigation and motion control systems computer-aided design, methods and algorithms of adaptive, robust and optimal motion control systems synthesis, methods and algorithms of estimation, identification and simulation of the navigation and motion control systems.
The scientific program the 4th International Conference “Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control” (MSNMC-2016) consists of invited lectures and contributed oral presentations. Poster session will be organized, if the number of accepted papers exceeds capacity of rented rooms.
Conference languages are Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Simultaneous translation is provided in case of necessity. Language of publications is only English.
To register, please fill in (one form per participant) and submit the Registration Form with abstract paper by e-mail to the Secretariat.

Features of payment procedure
According to the law of Ukraine, any remittance done in foreign currency into Ukraine for a legal entity must be confirmed by a contract or another document. That is why, for your payment is received, we send the Invoice as an attachment to our message to your e-mail address. This Invoice contains personal data of both payer and recipient and the sum of the payment done. Be so kind to print this Invoice and sign it. Then please send back the scanned copy of the signed Invoice to us by e-mail sushoa@ukr.net as an attachment in JPG or PDF format. If you are going to pay on site by cash, the cashier will ask you to sign the similar document in Kiev. Unfortunately, we do not have another way to use your registration fee even if the payment has received to our account. We are very sorry for such inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cash on-site is possible only by prior arrangement with the organizers.

All contributions presented in oral and poster sessions will be published in the Conference Proceedings and CD. The Proceedings will be prepared directly from the papers supplied by authors, therefore careful preparation in accordance with the instructions is required. Detail information is contained on the Conference home page MSNMC - 2016.
Because of planned IEEE Xplore publication, all the authors are requested to fill in the IEEE Copyright form and submit it together with the paper. An IEEE Copyright form in pdf and doc format can be downloaded from http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html.
A complete manuscript in English describing a new work in the areas of Conference Topics should be prepared in both both .pdf and .doc formats and submitted following the detailed instructions presented at the web page: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Full text of the abstract should occupy not more than three-four A4 full pages including figures, tables, and references. All contributors are encouraged to make the first submission prepared so close to the future full paper as possible. All papers included into the Conference Proceedings will be later made available to the public through the IEEE Xplore web page.
