Potential authors are required to prepare their 4-page papers. The papers must be written in English and formatted in the standard conference proceedings layout on A4 size. Word Template can be downloaded here WordTemplate. The Templates can be also downloaded from the IEEE Conference Publishing site. In this case please make sure that you choose the correct files and settings for an A4 conference paper. Careful preparation strictly according to the instruction is required. The papers must be submitted in both doc and pdf format via e-mail addresses: yuliya-ans@yandex.ru and xilef@i.ua. Please send your submissions to both addresses for reliability. The pdf version of the paper must be compatible with IEEE Xplore, as certified by IEEE PDFeXpress All papers will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers and considered by TPC. Please note that the number of accepted papers by one principal author will be limited to three. All authors of accepted papers are requested to fill in the IEEE Copyright form and submit it as a signed hard-copy together with your submitted or invited paper.
